MD and Events & Wedding Planner

Stu has been a stalwart in the events industry for nearly two decades, accumulating a wealth of experience and insights along the way. He has enjoyed a career built on a diverse array of roles, contributing to events that spanned major festivals and international conferences, all the way to the art of building pop-up rooftop bars in the vibrant heart of London and orchestrating charming Christmas Markets.

Now, in this new chapter of his career, Stu is taking a bold step forward to carve out his own unique legacy within the industry. Drawing on his vast expertise and network, he's established fresh partnerships and is spearheading the creation of several brand-new wedding venues on the picturesque South Coast. These venues are set to redefine the concept of dream weddings, offering breathtaking settings and unparalleled experiences for couples embarking on their journey of love and commitment.

Stu's vision also extends to a continued commitment to offering his expertise in marquee hire services. Scott Garry

Scott brings over a decade of invaluable experience from the heart of the events industry. His journey has seen him contribute his expertise to some of the most prominent Marquee, Event Planning, and Event Structure businesses. With versatility as his hallmark, Scott has navigated the intricacies of events, making significant contributions to Festivals, Weddings, Corporate and Sporting Events, as well as the management of Seasonal Markets.

Throughout his journey, one principle has remained steadfast - unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. It's this very principle that has formed the bedrock of relationships that span well over a decade. Scott's dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations is evident in the long-standing relationships he's cultivated.

Karolina Kijewski
Wedding Planner

Karolina Kijewska has a transformative vision for weddings. Despite her extensive background in recruitment, Karolina's true passion has always been rooted in the hospitality and wedding industry. With a wealth of experience, she has embarked on a mission to set new standards in concierge-quality wedding planning, infusing every celebration with her unique vision and unwavering passion for creating a unique and memorable day.

Karolina's journey in creating unforgettable events began in earnest when she joined forces with the Head Chef at Molecular Magic Creative Catering in 2016. Her collaboration continued to flourish with Magical Weddings in 2023, where her expertise in coordinating spectacular weddings truly took centre stage.

Now, Karolina has found a new home at Coastline Events, joining forces with Stuart Hartley to lead the charge in Wedding Planning for the stunning venues they collaborate with. It's a partnership that promises to bring a fresh and innovative approach to crafting extraordinary wedding experiences.
