At Coastline Events, we love a challenge—and this custom stretch tent build was one for the books.
Our client came to us with a clear vision: they wanted to create a striking outdoor space that could be used once a year for a large summer event, directly connected to their home. The catch? It needed to be shaped to fit their specific patio area and house layout perfectly—no off-the-shelf solution was going to cut it.
What We Delivered
Working closely with the client, we designed and installed a bespoke stretch tent that hugs the contours of their property. It creates a seamless indoor-outdoor flow while offering full protection from the unpredictable British weather. Unlike standard tents, this one was made to measure—custom-cut, shaped and tensioned to anchor cleanly to the house without interfering with windows or rooflines.
The structure goes up once a year for their annual event, and we handle the full process—install, takedown, storage, and professional cleaning—so it’s fresh and ready for use every time. It’s a great example of how stretch tents aren’t just for festivals and weddings; they can be tailored to fit domestic settings and used year after year.
